This year will be my 7th year taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge: Fight Against Kids' Cancer. This is a cause that I'm passionate about. Being an elementary teacher and having seen firsthand how Cancer impacted the lives of two of my former students and their families. 

The official ride for this year takes place in September, however, I'm starting my rides in June and continuing into September, as once the school year starts I don't always have the free time to ride. 

As I look ahead to this year I will have several opportunities this summer and into fall to get out on the trails and gravel backroads to ride. I may also have the opportunity to ride with family members and friends as well. 

If you have supported my Great Cycle Challenge rides in the past, I hope you will consider supporting me again this year as my goal is to earn $500.00 towards Cancer research.  If this is your first time supporting me as I take part in the Great Cycle Challenge, thank you.
