This September I'm riding for the 7th time in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer.

Almost 3 years ago cancer hit close to home and came back again this spring for both my husband and daughter. Research is the only way to eventually prevent cancer as well as find better treatments for our future generations. The mutations that make some (my husband, one of our 4 kids and at least 1 grandchild) more prone to cancers needs more research!

My breastfeeding support is a start on cancer prevention but not enough, I am a believer in continuing research especially on immune therapies, nutrition and what can improve recovery chances.
